Mijn droom is een stuk aarde te behouden, te beheren, te behoeden en er in samenwerking met de natuur te creëren. Een Eco Reserve in Frankrijk, waar met alles wat leeft respectvol wordt omgegaan. Waar bezoekers komen om even te proeven of langer te verblijven, te ervaren, te leren en inspiratie op te doen.

Een plek waar samengeleefd wordt met een gezond ecosysteem als uitgangspunt. Waar rust en ruimte heerst evenals voldoening uit het dagelijkse behoud-, beheer- en creatiewerk. Waar geen stress is, maar het natuurlijke ritme van de natuur gevolgd wordt. Waar delen en uitwisselen centraal staat. Ook met de directe omgeving en een ieder, die geïnteresseerd is.

Dit project is letterlijk en figuurlijk down to earth. Elk mens heeft de taak goed voor de aarde te zorgen. Het is mijn bedoeling om in een samenleving waar het tegengaan van klimaatverandering key topic zou moeten zijn, maar waar wereldleiders schandalig falen, waar we verleerd zijn respectvol om te gaan met alles wat leeft en waar we gewend zijn geraakt aan het ‘vandaag besteld, morgen in huis’ principe, ook als het om voedsel gaat, iets heel anders neer te willen zetten.

Zorg dragen voor een stuk aarde. Een voorbeeldplek, waarbij getoond wordt dat we, als mensheid, ook op basis van een veel lagere footprint kunnen leven. Waarbij we in de tijd vooruit gaan, door terug te gaan naar de natuur. Gewoon comfortabel, want techniek is er niet voor niets. Het doel is dit zodanig te combineren, waarbij we in plaats van plunderen, bijdragen..

Het project zal vanaf de start al deels zelfdragend zijn, doordat het op heel veel fronten al voorzieningen biedt, waardoor inkomsten gegarandeerd zijn. Daarnaast zal er ook gecreëerd moeten worden, waarbij bewust en duurzaam omgaan met de omgeving centraal staat.

Voor zowel de aankoop van het project als het te ontwikkelen aanbod aan producten en diensten is een aanvullende financiële som nodig, die heel eenvoudig bij elkaar gebracht kan worden. Er zijn immers maar 20.000 mensen nodig, die elk € 10,00 doneren of 2000 mensen, die elk € 100,00 doneren of een andere combinatie.

Feit is ELKE BIJDRAGE HELPT dit project op kort termijn aan te kunnen kopen en te starten.

Waar wordt jouw donatie aan besteed

  • Aankoop project met bijgebouwen en land/bos
  • Herstel/opbouw/inrichting woonunits. Woonunits kunnen los geplaatst worden of maken deel uit van de reeds bestaande gebouwen.
  • Verblijfsaccommodaties voor bezoekers/gasten
  • Aanplant en opbouw incl. benodigd materiaal/materieel van een biologische fruitgaard, moes-, kruiden- en bloementuin en akkers om de biodiversiteit te behouden/stimuleren.
  • Verwelkomen van dieren, die een wezenlijke bijdrage komen leveren aan het beheer en behoud van het ecosysteem en alle bijkomende dierenbenodigdheden/ dierenverblijven.
  • Inrichting van centrale ruimten voor eten, koken, wassen en de verwerking van alles wat van het land komt, inclusief benodigd materiaal.
  • Duurzame energie-, warmte- en watervoorziening inclusief de bijbehorende systemen, zoals een regenwateropvang en -recyclingsystemen
  • Opzetten educatieve programma’s en seminars om in de breedste zin van het woord te delen over samenwerken met de natuur en hen, die willen, hierbij handvatten te bieden.
  • Ontwikkeling van een huismerk, de inrichting van een werkplaats/winkel, personeel en wat daar verder nog bij komt kijken.
  • Promotie en marketingactiviteiten om het project bij een zo breed mogelijk publiek kenbaar te maken.

De plek

De pijlen zijn gericht op een fantastische plek met een ideale mix aan mogelijkheden en deze bevindt zich in Zuid-Frankrijk in de Haute-Garonne.

Om dit te realiseren, is een AANVULLENDE basissom van MINIMAAL € 200.000 nodig.

Daarom hoop ik op jouw bijdrage en dat kan door:

Je doneert dus in geld, maar je krijgt er op termijn ook iets voor terug. .

Mon rêve est de préserver, gérer, protéger et créer en collaboration avec la nature une réserve écologique en France, où tout être vivant est traité avec respect. Un endroit où les visiteurs viennent pour goûter, séjourner, expérimenter, apprendre et trouver de l’inspiration.

Un lieu où la cohabitation repose sur un écosystème sain comme point de départ. Où règnent le calme et l’espace, ainsi que la satisfaction de préserver, gérer et créer chaque jour. Où il n’y a pas de stress, mais où le rythme naturel de la nature est suivi. Où le partage et l’échange sont au centre de tout, y compris avec l’environnement direct et toute personne intéressée.

Ce projet est littéralement et figurativement ancré dans la réalité. Chaque être humain a la responsabilité de prendre soin de la Terre. Mon intention est de proposer quelque chose de très différent dans une société où la lutte contre le changement climatique devrait être une priorité absolue, mais où les dirigeants mondiaux échouent scandaleusement, où nous avons oublié de traiter avec respect tout ce qui est vivant et où nous sommes habitués au principe de “commandé aujourd’hui, livré demain”, même en ce qui concerne la nourriture.

Prendre soin d’un morceau de terre. Un lieu exemplaire qui démontre que nous, en tant qu’humanité, pouvons vivre avec une empreinte bien plus faible. Un endroit où nous progressons en revenant à la nature. Tout simplement confortable, car la technologie existe pour une raison. Le but est de combiner cela de manière à contribuer plutôt qu’à piller.

Le projet pourra être autonome dès le départ, car il offre déjà de nombreuses commodités qui garantissent des revenus. De plus, il faudra créer en mettant l’accent sur une approche consciente et durable de l’environnement.

Pour l’achat du projet ainsi que le développement de l’offre de produits et de services, une somme financière supplémentaire est nécessaire, qui peut être facilement rassemblée. En effet, il suffit de 20 000 personnes qui donnent chacune 10,00 € ou 2 000 personnes qui donnent chacune 100,00 €, ou une autre combinaison.

Le fait est que CHAQUE CONTRIBUTION AIDE à acheter et à démarrer ce projet à court terme.

À quoi servira votre don :
  • Achat du projet avec les bâtiments et les terres/forêt
  • Restauration/construction/aménagement des unités d’habitation. Les unités d’habitation peuvent être installées séparément ou faire partie des bâtiments existants.
  • Hébergements pour les visiteurs/invités
  • Plantation et construction, y compris le matériel nécessaire, d’un verger biologique, d’un potager, d’un jardin d’herbes aromatiques et de fleurs, ainsi que de champs pour préserver/stimuler la biodiversité.
  • Accueil des animaux qui contribuent de manière significative à la gestion et à la préservation de l’écosystème, ainsi que de tous les équipements et installations nécessaires pour les animaux.
  • Aménagement des espaces communs pour manger, cuisiner, se laver et traiter tout ce qui provient de la terre, y compris le matériel nécessaire.- Fourniture d’énergie, de chaleur et d’eau durables, ainsi que des systèmes correspondants, tels qu’une collecte et un recyclage des eaux de pluie.
  • Mise en place de programmes éducatifs et de séminaires pour partager dans le sens le plus large du terme la collaboration avec la nature et fournir des outils à ceux qui le souhaitent.
  • Développement d’une marque propre, aménagement d’un atelier/boutique, personnel et tout ce qui s’y rapporte.
  • Activités de promotion et de marketing pour faire connaître le projet au plus grand nombre.
Où? :

Les flèches sont dirigées vers un endroit fantastique avec un mélange idéal de possibilités, situé en Haute-Garonne, dans le sud de la France.

Pour réaliser cela, un montant de base ADDITIONNEL d’AU MOINS 200 000 € est nécessaire.

My dream is to preserve, manage, protect, and create on a piece of land in collaboration with nature. An Eco Reserve in France, where everything that lives is treated with respect. Where visitors come to taste or stay longer, to experience, learn, and find inspiration.

A place where coexistence is based on a healthy ecosystem. Where there is peace and space, as well as satisfaction from daily preservation, management, and creation work. Where there is no stress, but the natural rhythm of nature is followed. Where sharing and exchanging are central. Also with the immediate surroundings and anyone interested.

This project is literally and figuratively down to earth. Every human has the task of taking care of the earth. My intention is to create something completely different in a society where combating climate change should be a key topic, but where world leaders fail scandalously, where we have forgotten how to respectfully interact with all living things, and where we have become accustomed to the ‘order today, deliver tomorrow’ principle, even when it comes to food.

Caring for a piece of land. A model place that shows that as humanity, we can live with a much lower footprint. Where we move forward in time by returning to nature. Simply comfortable, because technology is not there for nothing. The goal is to combine this in such a way that instead of plundering, we contribute.

The project can be self-sustaining from the start, as it already provides many facilities that guarantee income. Additionally, conscious and sustainable management of the environment needs to be created.

For both the purchase of the project and the development of the range of products and services, an additional financial sum is required, which can be easily raised. After all, only 20,000 people are needed, each donating 10.00, or 2,000 people donating 100.00, or another combination.

The fact is, EVERY CONTRIBUTION HELPS to purchase and start this project in the short term.

What will your donation be used for?
  • Purchase of the project with buildings and land/forest
  • Restoration/construction/furnishing of residential units. Residential units can be placed separately or be part of the existing buildings.
  • Accommodation for visitors/guests
  • Planting and construction, including necessary materials/equipment, of an organic orchard, vegetable, herb, and flower garden, and fields to preserve/stimulate biodiversity.
  • Welcoming animals that make a significant contribution to the management and preservation of the ecosystem, and all accompanying animal needs/animal housing.
  • Setting up central areas for eating, cooking, washing, and processing everything that comes from the land, including necessary materials.
  • Sustainable energy, heating, and water supply, including associated systems such as rainwater collection and recycling systems.
  • Establishment of educational programs and seminars to share about collaboration with nature in the broadest sense of the word and provide tools for those who want to participate.
  • Development of a house brand, the setup of a workshop/store, staff, and everything else involved.
  • Promotion and marketing activities to make the project known to as wide an audience as possible.
The location

The arrows are aimed at a fantastic place with an ideal mix of possibilities, located in Haute-Garonne, in the south of France.

To achieve this, an ADDITIONAL base amount of AT LEAST € 200,000 is needed.
